Restaurant Manager

About the role

As a Restaurant Manager at Chuy's, you will be the heartbeat of a high‑volume, full‑service Tex‑Mex restaurant. You’ll ensure every guest experiences the brand’s fun, flavorful atmosphere from the moment they walk in until they leave, while keeping bar, lobby and to‑go operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front‑of‑house, bar, and take‑out services.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, sanitation and equipment maintenance.
• Drive team performance through coaching, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with Food Handlers and Alcoholic Beverage Server certifications.
• Handle guest concerns promptly to deliver exceptional service.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years recent management experience in a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant with a scratch kitchen.
• Current Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Server Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, equipment sanitation regulations, and health standards.
• Results‑driven, team‑oriented mindset.
