About the role

The Restaurant Leader is responsible for the overall success of the Taco Bell franchise location in Ooltewah. You will build and develop a high‑performing team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

Recruit, train, coach and recognize team members to deliver the best service.
Manage the restaurant’s profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met.
Maintain brand standards and operational excellence throughout the shift.
Work approximately 50 hours per week, leading by example on the floor.
Create a positive, rewarding culture that empowers employees to grow their careers.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire both customers and team members.
Proven ability to identify talent, develop staff, and promote internal growth.
