Restaurant General Manager

About the role

The Restaurant General Manager will lead a Taco Bell franchise location, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering the brand’s standards of quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality. Reporting to the franchise owner, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, managing staff and maintaining a safe, profitable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant functions, including food preparation, service, inventory control and equipment maintenance.
• Hire, train, coach and evaluate team members, reinforcing CHAMPS and the Taco Bell LAST system.
• Develop and manage budgets, staffing levels and scheduling to meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, health regulations and company procedures.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a positive dining experience.
• Monitor and report equipment or facility issues to the maintenance department.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in restaurant management and food‑service operations.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle and current liability insurance.
• Reliable home or cellular telephone.
• Strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
