About the role

The Restaurant Expeditor ensures seamless coordination between the culinary and service teams at Atlantic Fields Club, delivering exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. This on‑site position acts as the critical link that guarantees every dish is prepared, presented, and delivered with precision and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and coordinate all kitchen orders according to the Discovery Land Company Sequence of Service.
• Communicate special requests, dietary restrictions, allergies, and modifications clearly to the culinary team.
• Inspect each dish for quality, accuracy, presentation, and preparation standards before service.
• Verify order tickets against plated dishes to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between Front of House and Heart of House, providing timely updates on order status and preparation times.
• Monitor menu item availability and proactively inform teams of shortages or product updates.
• Uphold Atlantic Fields’ core values and deliver genuine hospitality in every interaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with safety and service standards.
