Restaurant Crewmember

About the role

Join the Raising Cane’s team as a Restaurant Crewmember, where you’ll work in a fast‑paced, fun environment serving customers and supporting daily operations. No prior restaurant experience is required – we provide paid training to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service to guests at the counter, drive‑through, and dining area.
• Prepare and assemble menu items following company standards.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale equipment accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including dining and kitchen areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as stocking, cleaning, and equipment checks.

Required profile

• Team‑player with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and climbing stairs.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling.
