About the role

Join Chipotle as a Crew Team Member and help deliver fresh, responsibly sourced food in a fast‑casual environment. You will work across multiple stations, providing friendly service and ensuring a clean, welcoming restaurant for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Operate at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Prepare food by hand, following Chipotle’s standards for quality and safety.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks.
• Assist teammates and support smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking and food preparation.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
