Restaurant Crew Member

About the role

At Wonder we bring Michelin-starred and celebrity-chef menus to the table. As a Restaurant Crew Member you will prepare food, keep the restaurant spotless and deliver friendly service to every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards while maintaining clean, stocked stations.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, monitor temperatures and storage.
• Scan inventory, pack accurate portions and verify orders before they leave.
• Greet guests, take orders, handle payments and assist with the Wonder app.
• Support meal-kit and delivery operations and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Participate in light local marketing activities such as flyers and street engagement.
• Maintain top-tier sanitation in kitchen and dining areas, wash and restock cookware and equipment.
• Manage trash/recycling, report equipment issues and step in to help teammates as needed.

Required profile

• At least 6 months experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately and with strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented mindset with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Must be 18 years or older, legally authorized to work in the US, able to lift 50 lb and stand for an entire shift.
• Weekend availability and willingness to obtain a Food Handler Certification if required.
