About the role

Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurants as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly guest experience. No prior experience is required – we provide the training you need to work any station.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food‑safety standards.
• Operate the grill, prep stations, salsa bar, and cash register as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks.
• Provide courteous, attentive service to guests, answering questions and ensuring satisfaction.
• Follow company policies on safety, hygiene, and quality control.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving others.
• Desire to learn cooking and food‑preparation techniques.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location.
