About the role
Join Wendy’s as a Crew Member and become part of a supportive team from day one. You’ll work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment, delivering great food and friendly service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, point‑of‑sale registers and grills.
- Prepare menu items following brand standards and safety guidelines.
- Serve customers promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Stand and move throughout the shift as required.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and customers.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
- Proactive in fixing issues and ensuring quality.
