Responsible AI Specialist – Talent Pool

About the role

MCI is seeking a Responsible AI Specialist to join its talent pool and help ensure that AI technologies are developed, deployed, and managed in a fair, ethical, transparent, and accountable manner. The role supports the implementation of responsible AI principles, governance controls, risk assessments, and compliance activities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of responsible AI frameworks and standards.
• Promote ethical AI principles and governance controls throughout projects.
• Conduct risk assessments, evaluating fairness, transparency, explainability, and accountability.
• Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Monitor emerging AI regulations and ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
• Maintain documentation, audit records, and reporting for AI governance.
• Educate and advise business and technical teams on responsible AI practices.
• Facilitate training, awareness initiatives, and discussions on AI ethics.

Required profile

• Ability to work across technical, legal, compliance, risk, and business functions.
• Strong understanding of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory expectations.
• Experience conducting impact and risk assessments for AI initiatives.
• Effective communication skills to advise and educate stakeholders.
