Responsable de la communication (h/f)

About the role

The Théâtre La Passerelle, a nationally‑labelled cultural venue in Gap, is looking for a Communication Manager to lead its communication strategy. The role focuses on increasing the theatre’s visibility, supporting artistic projects, and building partnerships at both territorial and national levels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall communication strategy for the theatre and its flagship events, including the Toustes Dehors festival and the photographic gallery.
• Develop the communication plan, coordinate the graphic charter, and oversee the production of all communication materials (brochures, flyers, posters, emails, signage, etc.) in collaboration with designers, printers, and partners.
• Manage digital channels such as the website, social media accounts, and newsletters to ensure consistent and engaging content.
• Lead press relations and publications, and supervise a part‑time communication assistant.
• Work closely with the General Secretary, the Director, and the public team of nine members (public relations, ticketing, communication).

Required profile

• Experience in managing communication for cultural or artistic institutions.
• Strong ability to coordinate multi‑stakeholder projects and develop partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
• Leadership qualities to guide a small communication team.
