Resource Center Manager

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Resource Center Manager to lead the centralised team that supports property operations across its portfolio. The role focuses on standardising administrative and financial processes, driving operational excellence, and ensuring seamless onboarding of communities to the Resource Center platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies, programs, and initiatives that promote operational standardisation and best‑practice adoption.
• Create and define processes, procedures, tools, policies, communications, and metrics for the Resource Center.
• Provide input on operating policies and assist in developing training, tools, and systems to embed best practices.
• Act as the primary liaison with various departments to onboard communities onto the Resource Center platform.
• Oversee the operational success of onboarded communities, ensuring full functionality of Resource Center platforms.
• Manage daily tasks of direct reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing operational programs within a real‑estate or property‑management environment.
• Strong ability to design and standardise processes and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with real‑estate operators, business leaders, and functional teams.
• Leadership experience supervising direct reports and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with OneSite property‑management software (preferred).
