Resort Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Resort Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of Westgate Painted Mountain Golf Resort in Mesa, AZ. The successful candidate will coordinate preventive maintenance, guest service calls and major projects while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily maintenance work, guest calls, blitzes and preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist engineering and resort leadership in planning, coordinating and evaluating property maintenance.
• Maintain pools, spas and water features, including chemical balancing and cleaning.
• Conduct routine safety and equipment inspections and ensure compliance with O&M manuals.
• Lead procurement and inventory processes to keep tools and materials on‑site.
• Operate, troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems such as elevators and water heaters.
• Use HotSOS and other resort operations software to track work orders, analyze data and schedule proactive repairs.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in a hospitality or resort setting.
• Strong ability to plan, assign and evaluate work while addressing guest complaints and resolving issues.
• Comfort reading technical data, manuals and interpreting schematics.
• Excellent organizational skills for inventory control and procurement.
