Resident Services Manager

About the role

The Resident Services Manager supports community residents by handling service requests, accounting and rental inquiries, and coordinating resident‑focused activities. This position aims to boost resident satisfaction and retention while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve resident complaints and questions about rent, fees, and service requests promptly.
• Return calls on all service requests within 24 hours.
• Create and distribute resident communications such as newsletters, surveys, and lease‑violation letters.
• Organize resident events, welcome gifts, birthday cards, and unit visits.
• Maintain daily curb appeal, landscaping, office appearance, and ensure leasing office and model units are ready for tours.
• Review nightly reports from Courtesy Patrol and Valet Living, following up on incidents and lease violations.
• Monitor front‑desk phone and email, responding to messages as needed.
• Prepare access keys, fobs, and related items for new move‑ins.
• Assist with vendor coordination and resident communication during emergency maintenance.
