Resident Services Manager – Avana Community

About the role

The Resident Services Manager oversees all resident‑focused support functions for the Avana community, ensuring timely assistance with service requests, accounting, and rental issues. This role plays a key part in driving resident satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and event coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve resident complaints and questions about rent, fees, and service requests promptly.
• Complete call‑backs on all service requests within 24 hours.
• Create and distribute resident communications such as newsletters, surveys, and lease‑violation letters.
• Organize resident events, welcome gifts, birthday cards, and unit visits.
• Monitor community curb appeal, landscaping, office environment, and ensure leasing office and model units are ready for tours daily.
• Review nightly reports from Courtesy Patrol and Valet Living, following up on incidents and lease violations.
• Manage front‑desk phone and email, returning messages as needed.
• Prepare access keys/fobs for new move‑ins and coordinate vendors during emergency maintenance.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to address resident concerns quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for creating resident materials.
• Organizational skills to coordinate events and manage daily operational tasks.
• Attention to detail in monitoring property appearance and handling incident reports.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
