Resident Services Coordinator – The Breakwater

About the role
The Resident Services Coordinator will design and manage social and physical activity programs for residents of The Breakwater community. This role supports resident retention by creating engaging events and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute resident‑focused events such as welcome parties, birthday celebrations, off‑site excursions, and other community activities.
- Prepare all event logistics, including set‑up, materials, and announcements.
- Develop and distribute activity announcements and promotional materials.
- Maintain a calendar of events and ensure timely communication with residents.
- Collaborate with property management to align programs with community goals.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of customer service or resident coordination experience.
- Experience with Entrata or affordable housing preferred.
- Availability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm (schedule may vary).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
