Resident Services Coordinator

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator provides front‑line customer service to prospective and current tenants while supporting property staff in planning and delivering resident activities. This role helps create a welcoming, high‑quality living experience for all residents of the Vasara community.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries; prepare incident reports as needed.
• Schedule clubhouse rentals, maintain contracts, collect fees, and ensure guest suites are ready for use.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents for satisfaction, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting repair needs to maintenance staff.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
