Resident Services Coordinator – Habitat Residences

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator supports prospective and current tenants, as well as property staff, by delivering high‑quality customer service and coordinating resident‑focused activities. This full‑time, onsite position works within a lease‑up community of 260 units.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Create and distribute a property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Address resident concerns such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and other issues; prepare incident reports.
• Schedule clubhouse and activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, and collect fees.
• Maintain guest suites and provide amenities like movies, books, and games.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting repair needs.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in resident services, hospitality, or related customer‑facing roles.
• Familiarity with Yardi property‑management software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple resident requests.
