Resident Services Coordinator – Flora

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator supports prospective and current tenants, as well as property staff, by delivering high‑quality customer service and ensuring a vibrant community experience at the Flora property.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Address resident concerns such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries; prepare incident reports as required.
• Schedule and manage clubhouse or activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, and collect fees.
• Maintain guest suites and provide additional amenities like movies, books, and games.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents for satisfaction, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting repair needs to maintenance staff.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize resident requests, and handle confidential information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lb; comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of preparing accurate incident and maintenance reports.
