Resident Services Coordinator – 700 River

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator supports the daily living experience of residents at the 700 River community. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and current tenants, ensuring smooth move‑ins, addressing concerns, and promoting community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries; prepare incident reports as required.
• Schedule and manage clubhouse or activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, and collect fees.
• Maintain guest suites, provide amenities (movies, books, games), and ensure they are rental‑ready.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents on completion, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting needed repairs.
• Support leasing efforts by conducting tours, following up with prospects, processing applications, and securing new leases or renewals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly with residents and staff.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work in both indoor and outdoor environments under various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail for incident reporting, newsletter creation, and rental contract management.
• Ability to prioritize multiple resident requests and coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams.
