Resident Services Coordinator – 700 River

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator supports prospective and current residents at the 700 River community, ensuring a high‑quality living experience through responsive service and effective communication. This onsite role works closely with property staff to coordinate resident activities, handle inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Address resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and special service needs; prepare incident reports as required.
• Schedule and manage clubhouse or activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, and collect applicable fees.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents for satisfaction, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting repair needs to maintenance staff.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle multiple resident requests efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lb, and work in various weather conditions.
