Resident Service Coordinator – Santana Row

About the role

The Resident Service Coordinator provides front‑line customer service to prospective and current tenants while supporting property staff in delivering a high‑quality living experience at Santana Row.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, utility set‑up, package delivery and resident orientation.
• Plan, promote and execute resident activities, including newsletters, events and clubhouse rentals.
• Resolve resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests and other service concerns.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain documentation in line with company standards.
• Schedule and manage activity‑center or clubhouse rentals, collect fees and maintain contracts.
• Ensure guest suites are ready for use and provide additional amenities like movies, books and games.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents on completion and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting any needed repairs.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or property‑management environments.
• Excellent communication, follow‑up and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work weekends with rotating days off (Tuesday & Wednesday or Wednesday & Thursday).
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.
