Resident Concierge – The Riverie

About the role

The Resident Concierge at The Riverie supports residents and prospects by providing a welcoming front‑desk experience and coordinating community services. This position ensures smooth daily operations, from greeting visitors to managing package deliveries and resident activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, ensuring a comfortable waiting environment.
• Answer and route phone calls, handle service‑request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite schedule, oversee payment and cleanliness.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities for daily opening.
• Document and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community offerings.
• Assist with planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services, and manage relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to direct inquiries appropriately.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple schedules and logs.
• Attention to detail for tracking deliveries and maintaining records.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the community team.
