RESG Operations Manager

About the role

The RESG Operations Manager leads the delivery of a wide range of facilities and support services for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and the Fourth District. This role ensures vendor contracts, logistics, environmental health and safety, and records management operate smoothly and meet the Bank’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee RESG vendor contract services including food, housekeeping, snow removal, landscaping, transportation, mail, and central receiving.
• Ensure compliance with performance standards, customer expectations, and Federal Reserve policies.
• Coordinate conference operations, event set‑up, and logistical support across the district.
• Manage staff performance, delegate tasks, and provide tools and guidance for daily activities.
• Monitor service delivery metrics, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain frequent communication with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing vendor contracts and facilities services in a large organization.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations and compliance.
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement corrective actions.
