Reservations Agent (Hotel)

About the role

The Reservations Agent will join the Rooms Team at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans, providing personalized booking assistance to guests worldwide. This role focuses on converting inquiries into confirmed reservations while delivering the luxury service standards expected by Four Seasons.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming reservation calls and respond to online inquiries with accurate information.
• Capture sales, process bookings, and coordinate reservation details to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the property management system and handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Collaborate with front‑desk, sales, and other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or customer‑service roles.
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Opera property management system (preferred).
