Research Technologist

About the role

The Research Technologist will join the Physiology & Cell Biology Bone Department at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. This regular staff position supports the university’s research mission within the engineering, science, and agriculture classification.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research activities as directed by department faculty.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and ensure proper calibration.
• Follow safety and regulatory standards in all laboratory work.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students on experimental projects.
• Document experimental procedures, results, and assist in preparing reports.

Required profile

• Current employee of the University of Arkansas System or eligible graduate assistant.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Ability to navigate Workday for application and onboarding.
