About the role

The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville is hiring a Research Services Specialist to join its Library Services team. This regular, full‑time position supports the university’s research community by providing library resources, data‑management assistance, and scholarly communication support. The role is based on the Fayetteville campus and is managed through the university’s Workday hiring system.

Key responsibilities

• Assist faculty, staff, and students with research inquiries and resource discovery.
• Provide guidance on data management, citation tools, and scholarly communication.
• Collaborate with library staff to maintain and enhance research‑related collections and services.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, must apply via Workday.
• Ability to work on‑site during standard U.S. day‑shift hours.
