About the role

The Research Services Specialist supports the University of Arkansas library by providing research assistance to faculty, staff, and students. This regular, day‑shift position is part of the Library Services team and is open to current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist university community members with research inquiries and resource navigation.
  • Support the delivery of library services and research tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of assistance provided.

Required profile

  • Current employee of the University of Arkansas System (including student employees and graduate assistants).
  • Ability to work day shift on campus.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
