Research Analyst

About the role

Source Pivot is seeking a detail‑oriented Research Analyst to join its Austin team. In this position you will support global research projects by locating, evaluating and coordinating subject‑matter experts for client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified professionals for ongoing research assignments.
• Assess candidates against project requirements to ensure relevance and quality.
• Maintain professional communication with experts throughout the sourcing process.
• Coordinate interview and meeting schedules between experts and clients.
• Keep accurate records and generate reports for internal tracking.
• Collaborate with team leads to align recruitment activities with client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Market Research or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience in recruitment, market research or client‑facing roles is a plus.
