Rescue Program Intern

About the role

Fi is building technology to transform pet ownership and needs a Rescue Program Intern to drive its nationwide shelter partnership program. You will work directly with program leadership, managing the flow of GPS tracker orders and onboarding new rescue partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the rescue order queue, reviewing GPS tracker and microchip orders, applying the approval playbook, and making approve/reject decisions.
• Onboard new rescue partners by triaging applications, sending materials, and conducting live activation calls.
• Serve as the primary communication channel with rescue partners, handling email correspondence, activation follow‑ups, and program guidance.
• Tri­age support escalations and work alongside the CX team to resolve CRM account issues.
• Maintain clean partner records in the Close CRM, flagging data issues and keeping the pipeline accurate.
• Coordinate device and swag shipments for giveaways, adoption events, and partner promotions.
• Assist in research and building target lists of large rescue organizations for national scaling.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Fi’s internal AI stack to automate repetitive tasks like drafting emails, triaging orders, and generating reports.
