About the role

The Direct Sales Representative for the North region will execute a door‑to‑door sales strategy, prospecting and visiting potential customers to negotiate and sell telecommunications products and services, including fixed lines, data, television, mobile and portability solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door sales and negotiations for telecom products and services.
• Prospect and develop commercial opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to ensure conversion.
• Guarantee a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Achieve commercial targets and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller) or university student.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a field‑based role.
• Strong commercial and customer‑service orientation.
• Basic proficiency with mobile and digital tools.
• Result‑driven, able to work independently in the field.
• Effective communication and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of field prospecting, lead generation and basic sales metrics.
• Own vehicle (preferably four‑wheel) and a valid driver’s license.
