Reporting Analyst – Build Interactive Dashboards

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Reporting Analyst to design, build, and maintain interactive client and internal dashboards. You will translate complex raw data into clear visual insights while ensuring data accuracy and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise production‑grade dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define KPI metrics and reporting requirements.
• Partner with growth, sales, and account teams to create mockups, proof‑of‑concept dashboards, and data‑visual stories for new client pitches.
• Maintain dashboard data models, automated refresh schedules, and row‑level security for executive and operational dashboards.
• Support QA by identifying data anomalies and working with Data Engineering to remediate source issues.
• Build and maintain a centralized data dictionary, KPI definition log, and technical documentation for all business reports.
• Enforce standardized guidelines for dashboard design, naming conventions, and data validation rules.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Strong academic or professional achievements.
• Excellent attention to UI/UX formatting, alignment, color consistency, and readability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various clients and stakeholders.
• Understanding of user personas to design intuitive dashboards for non‑technical users.
