Repair & Warranty Specialist

About the role

Join Satair, an Airbus company, as a Repair & Warranty Specialist in Herndon, VA. You will manage customer repair, lease, exchange orders and warranty claims while ensuring suppliers meet contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, log and follow up on customer repair/lease/exchange orders and warranty claims (≈40% of time).
• Monitor supplier performance against Service Processing Time (SPT) and Turn‑Around‑Time (TAT) KPIs.
• Issue repair/lease/exchange orders to approved suppliers and track retrofit programs.
• Prepare monthly performance reports on order processing and warranty claims.
• Initiate and conduct follow‑up sessions with suppliers to ensure contractual SPT/TAT compliance (≈40% of time).
• Maintain and improve supplier relations through action tracking and improvement plans.
