Remote Virtual Assistant & Appointment Setter for Home Services

About the role

We are looking for a remote Virtual Assistant and Appointment Setter to be the first voice for inbound leads of our home‑service clients. You will work across multiple accounts, quickly qualifying leads and booking appointments in the clients’ scheduling systems.

Key responsibilities

• Call every new inbound lead within minutes of receipt.
• Follow a structured daily call cadence with multiple touchpoints per lead.
• Book qualified prospects into client scheduling platforms.
• Log all activity, notes, and follow‑up status in the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Send follow‑up texts and emails to keep leads warm.
• Answer basic service questions and guide prospects toward booking.
• Track daily KPIs (calls made, contacts reached, appointments booked) and report weekly.
• Flag lead quality issues or trends to management.
• Adapt quickly to new client workflows as the agency scales.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and proactive.
• Coachability and willingness to implement feedback immediately.
• Comfortable working full U.S. business hours (CST preferred).
• Prior experience in appointment setting, sales or customer service; home‑service experience a plus.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms, specifically GoHighLevel.
