Remote Therapist Receptionist

About the role

Evolve Psychiatry is looking for a compassionate and organized Remote Therapist Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our therapy patients. Working fully remotely, you will ensure a smooth experience from the initial inquiry through ongoing treatment while supporting a growing team of licensed therapists.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, route inquiries, and provide courteous service.
• Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments using our EMR system.
• Verify insurance details and collect copayments.
• Communicate efficiently with therapists, patients, and staff members.
• Handle sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist, preferably with therapists or in behavioral health.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a remote setting.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• General computer proficiency.
