Remote Sourcer – LATAM Operations Hiring

About the role

Kelly is looking for a Remote Sourcer to support high‑volume operations hiring for U.S. sites. The role focuses on inbound applicant flow and targeted sourcing for retail, warehouse and e‑commerce fulfillment positions across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume inbound applicant flow for operations‑focused roles, including leadership and site‑based positions.
• Review and screen applications in Greenhouse or similar ATS, prioritizing candidates from retail, warehouse, grocery and e‑commerce sectors.
• Conduct initial outreach and prescreening to assess leadership experience, schedule flexibility and role fit.
• Supplement pipelines with targeted sourcing on job boards such as Indeed when needed.
• Apply consistent screening criteria, filter out misaligned profiles and flag risk factors.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders to align hiring priorities and share market feedback.
• Track pipeline health, pass‑through rates and sourcing metrics for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in an RPO, agency or corporate environment.
• Experience supporting high‑volume or hourly hiring in operations, retail, warehouse or fulfillment settings.
• Proven ability to manage inbound pipelines quickly and accurately with strong candidate judgment.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and sourcing via job boards like Indeed.
• Strong focus on candidate experience and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
