About the role
Our client, a large hospital system in the Northeast, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a six‑month contract. The position is fully remote and operates on a day‑shift schedule, with flexibility to cover holidays as part of a 24/7 service desk.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front‑line, Level 1 IT support to end‑users across the hospital network.
- Monitor and respond to Service Desk phone calls, email queues, and auto‑triggered request queues during assigned shifts.
- Log, diagnose, and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain real‑time coverage to meet service‑level agreements and user expectations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience.
- Own reliable IT equipment (PC or laptop, monitor, headset) and high‑speed home internet.
