Remote Sales Representative – Outbound Calls & Lead Generation

About the role

SD Industries is expanding its remote sales team and seeks a confident, target‑driven Sales Representative to manage outbound sales activities for US clients. The role involves cold calling, email campaigns, lead generation, and relationship management across multiple verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to introduce company services.
• Conduct cold calls and execute mass email campaigns for lead generation.
• Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain structured follow‑ups.
• Keep CRM records up to date and track sales activities.
• Manage recurring clients to ensure retention.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Adapt across multiple sales verticals based on performance.
• Interpret basic construction/shop drawings to communicate project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to read and understand construction or shop drawings.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and project flow.
• Strong American or neutral accent with a clear, professional speaking voice.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume outbound calls.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and persuasive.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong professional email writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
