Remote Recruiter (Full‑Time, US‑Based)

About the role

Job Duck is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our remote, fast‑growing team. You will act as the primary liaison between US‑based clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth, data‑driven hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm candidate availability for interviews and coordinate schedules.
• Request and manage documentation based on client needs.
• Communicate with clients through Zendesk and keep them updated on requisition status.
• Analyze candidate profiles, match them to job requirements, and update records in Workday.
• Maintain internal databases, engage candidates throughout the process, and coordinate multi‑candidate interviews.
• Verify start dates and handoff details to account managers.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter or talent‑acquisition specialist.
• Client‑ and candidate‑facing experience with strong organizational and detail‑orientation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Tech‑savvy, proactive, and data‑driven mindset.
