Remote Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

Recharge City is seeking a remote Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its fast‑growing sharing‑economy business. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent that supports the company’s expansion across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate fit against role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage the selection process with hiring managers.
• Create and post compelling job advertisements.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
• Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies and recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
