Remote Recruiter for US-based Clients

About the role

Job Duck is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our remote team and support US‑based employers. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth handoff to account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm candidate availability for interviews and manage scheduling.
• Request and verify documentation based on client requirements.
• Communicate with clients through Zendesk and keep them updated on requisition status.
• Analyze candidate profiles for suitability and align them with client needs.
• Review, edit, and update job requisitions and candidate data in Workday.
• Maintain internal databases and keep candidate engagement high throughout the matchmaking process.
• Coordinate multi‑candidate interviews and attend daily/weekly team meetings.
• Verify start dates and facilitate handoff to account managers.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, pressure‑filled environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with analytical, data‑driven approach.
