Remote Pharmacist – Centralized Services (LA Residents)

About the role

This position is a work‑from‑home pharmacist role focused on centralized services. The successful candidate will reside in Los Angeles and support patient health outcomes by delivering clinical pharmacy programs remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement direct patient‑care programs such as Medication Therapy Management, immunizations, and payer/pharma adherence initiatives.
• Drive compliance, quality improvement, and regulatory adherence for clinical pharmacy services.
• Analyze data, conduct clinical reviews, and ensure accurate prescription processing.
• Collaborate with medical communities, act as a liaison, and provide expert consultation to patients, providers, and insurers.
• Support pharmacy financial performance by executing patient‑intervention programs and maximizing reimbursements.
• Provide education, resources, and training support to fellow pharmacists and field leaders.

Required profile

• Active pharmacy licensure in the United States.
• Experience in clinical pharmacy, medication therapy management, or related patient‑care programs.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, pharmacy SOPs, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with healthcare providers.
• Residency in Los Angeles (LA) required.
