Remote Pharmacist – $60/h

About the role

We are seeking a licensed pharmacist to work remotely, providing medication therapy management and supporting prior authorization and appeal processes for patients across multiple states. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $60 and flexible scheduling after training.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process prior authorization requests from physicians and patients.
• Prepare and submit appeals to PBMs or health insurers.
• Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance representatives to resolve medication access issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in training and transition to a 4‑day, 10‑hour schedule after onboarding.

Required profile

• Active pharmacist license in the United States.
• Experience handling prior authorizations and appeals with a PBM or health insurance.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with one weekend day, available 8 a.m.–5 p.m. CST.
• Commitment to a minimum six‑month contract.
