Remote Personal Injury Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to handle cases from intake through settlement for a U.S. law firm. The role is fully remote, fast‑paced, and requires strong communication with clients, insurers, medical providers, and attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume personal injury caseload from intake to settlement.
• Serve as primary contact for English‑ and Spanish‑speaking clients.
• Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, liens, and other documents.
• Coordinate medical treatment and maintain communication with providers and insurance companies.
• Prepare documentation for demand packages and track case deadlines.
• Maintain accurate case notes in the case management system and provide regular updates to attorneys.

Required profile

• 2+ years recent experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager at a U.S. law firm.
• Fluent written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of the personal injury case lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management software such as Filevine, Clio, Litify, SmartAdvocate, or Needles.
