About the role
Mercor is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to support cutting‑edge AI research on a short‑term, fully remote contract. You will work independently, creating and reviewing nursing‑focused deliverables that help train and improve machine‑learning systems.
Key responsibilities
- Create deliverables that address common requests in the nursing domain for AI models.
- Review and enhance peer‑developed deliverables to ensure quality and relevance.
- Diagnose real‑world nursing issues and propose solutions that advance machine‑learning performance.
- Work remotely on a flexible schedule, committing 30–40 hours per week.
- Contribute domain expertise to interdisciplinary AI research teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Nurse Practitioner or equivalent nursing role.
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling.
- Ability to start immediately.
