Remote Member Support Specialist – 8am‑5pm EST

About the role

Brightline is seeking a Remote Member Support Specialist to join a growing team that provides behavioral health services for children and families. You will be the first point of contact for new members, guiding them through enrollment, scheduling, billing, and other administrative needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone calls with new members to assess fit for Brightline services
• Schedule appointments and ensure all member paperwork is completed
• Support providers with various administrative tasks and answer admin‑related questions between sessions
• Perform eligibility checks, file claims, and collect member payments
• Maintain the internal software tool for the Member Support team in an organized manner
• Identify opportunities to improve member experience and streamline operational processes as the organization scales

Required profile

• Passion for redefining behavioral health for children and families
• Strong customer‑service mindset and desire to create a unique member experience
• Comfort with a variety of technology tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization, and attention to detail
• Previous experience managing a medical office or familiarity with insurance billing is a plus
• Spanish language proficiency
