About the role

Collective Residential is seeking a Remote Legal Admin/Paralegal to provide ongoing legal and compliance support across its growing portfolio of property management and investment companies. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys handling a variety of legal matters in a fast‑moving, multi‑state environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support landlord‑tenant matters, including lease documentation, notices, evictions, and other property‑management legal processes.
• Assist with U.S. employment and labor law compliance, preparing related legal documentation.
• Prepare, file, and maintain business licenses, registrations, and corporate compliance records.
• Manage multiple legal priorities simultaneously while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Experience handling landlord‑tenant issues and related documentation.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment and labor law.
• Proven ability to prepare and maintain business licenses and corporate compliance records.
• Capacity to juggle several legal matters in a fast‑paced, multi‑state setting.
