Remote Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Liberty Mutual is seeking motivated individuals to join our Remote Inside Sales team. You will receive paid training and licensing to sell insurance products to inbound callers and warm leads, helping customers find the coverage that fits their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads from prospective policyholders.
• Assess customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Convert qualified leads into new policyholders while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s system.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Positive, flexible, and determined attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Residency in one of the listed eligible states.

• Starting base salary of $45,000 with commission potential.
• Average total earnings between $55,000 and $75,000, up to $85,000+ for top performers.
