About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English interpreter to provide real‑time video‑phone interpreting for clients across multiple sectors. Working from a quiet home office, you will bridge communication gaps for healthcare, emergency services, government, finance and more.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to video and audio interpreting requests.
• Accurately convey spoken messages between French‑speaking and English‑speaking participants.
• Maintain confidentiality and cultural sensitivity during all sessions.
• Adhere to ASTM and ISO standards for interpreting quality.
• Utilize the company’s interpreter support desk and technology resources as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English with excellent verbal communication.
• Ability to think quickly and process information accurately under time pressure.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, secure home workspace.
