Remote Data Entry Typist

About the role

CodeVertex Talent is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Typist to support accurate data maintenance, record updates, and documentation quality for remote operations. This role ensures internal information remains organized, reliable, and ready for business use.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records across internal systems, spreadsheets, and workflow tools.
• Review submitted information for completeness, proper formatting, duplicate entries, and basic consistency.
• Organize digital files and maintain documentation according to internal process standards.
• Communicate task status, missing information, and exceptions clearly with team leads.
• Protect customer, applicant, business, and operational information with strict confidentiality.
